KUMUDINEI DISSANAYAKE, PhD, is currently a Professor in the Department of Management and Organization Studies, Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She has extensively engaged in teaching, evaluation and research supervision at Bachelors, Masters, Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy degree programs.
She has made around 70 publications in scholarly journals, conference proceedings, technical papers, book chapters and authored 03 books on organization theory. She has presented papers in 20 academic research sessions, and chaired sessions in National and International conferences. She has served as the Editor-in-chief, Editor, Managing Editor and Editorial Advisory Board member of international journals.

She has received Best Paper Award in International Research Conferences (2009 & 2018), Most Outstanding Student Award in Japan (2005), and Most Outstanding Student Award for Counseling (2010) and Asian Education Leadership Award for Best Professor in Management and Organization Studies (2019).
