Mr. M. Pathma from Malaysia. 3rd child in a family of six. His early education acquired in National Type Tamil School, Port Dickson, Malaysia. He further continued his secondary education in Datuk Haji Abdul Samad Secondary School, Port Dickson, Malaysia. He furthered his tertiary studies in Teaching at Ipoh Teachers Training College (MPIP), Malaysia.
His first posting was in National type Tamil School in Serdang, Selangor, Malaysia as a Tamil and Science teacher. In order to enhanced his academic level Mr. M. Pathma pursued his Bachelor Degree in University Putra Malaysia. Currently he is working as an academic teacher in National Type Tamil School, Port Dickson. In 17 years journey as an educator, he achieved various awards at district, state and national level mainly in best performance for teaching and education research.
His special interest in education research mainly focus on science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM). He always believes that, teachers need to be trained to enhanced their skills in order to impart their knowledge. Beyond that they need to cares for holistic development in their relevant field evolves interactive environment, and research oriented.
