I come from an average middle class family who inculcated education values at an early age. Therefore, I was educated in two leading schools in the country, S’t Joseph’s Balika Vidyalaya and Visakha Vidyalaya and sat for my Advance Level examination in 1993. I graduated from the University of Colombo in 2001 and obtained my MBA in 2013 from the Open University of Sri Lanka. Prior to my university entry, I obtained a Music Degree from Bhathkande University in India and while  reading for the Bachelor’s Degree, I graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM, UK. I have been employed in diverse industries from 1995 to 2013 in Sri Lanka before and after my graduation. Being an achievement oriented person, I climbed up the career ladder during this time period to become an Entrepreneur to achieve the maximum level I can achieve in my career. Thus, as an Entrepreneur, Director, University Lecturer, Researcher, Author, Vocalist, Trainer, Counselor and Life Coach I strongly believe in continuous self development and training in multi faceted areas.

My life journey has been very interesting and successful, with different education and employment opportunities in multi cultural environments. Hence, I became a skillful all-rounder, passionate entrepreneur and a trainer, but more than that, an empathetic leader.

I am a proud mother of two well groomed and talented sons. My husband is also an Entrepreneur who manages his own business venture.

I always count on my blessings and want to live a simple and meaningful life while contributing to the well being of people around me. Sharing knowledge and supporting in uplifting the lives of others is my passion.
