Mrs. Kalpana Rajkumar is a practicing Total Quality Business Management (TQBM) Professional at Ashok Leyland, Ennore Plant, Chennai. She has 11years of experience in IT (Information Technology) & TQBM (Total Quality Business Management) areas. Her academics include bachelor’s degree in Electronics and communication and master’s in systems and marketing. She has implemented Wireless network, Data center security surveillance system, smart IT- E Shoppe and also she has to her credit of numerous cost saving projects in IT.
In the TQBM front, she was trained by Pro.Yukihiro Ando san on the Daily Management drive. She played a key role in guiding and supporting teams to implement 450 improvement projects through TQBM process and the outcome of the projects resulted in reduction of Internal customer complaints by 53%.

Won Silver Award in Ashok Leyland national level Improve Competition for the project “Process analysis to eliminate customer complaints” and this award is the second highest in the competition among 350 projects across Ashok Leyland units.
Won CII – SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) award in southern region for the project “Set up change time reduction in Boss model rear axle Assembly”. Got this feat amongst 78 top notch companies in the competition.
